Chicken Caesar Club Sandwich, #BitesWithApplewhite

Using deli sliced smoked chicken breast is what makes this recipe easy. What sets it apart is seasoning the bread like a crouton you find in Caesar salads. I toasted my bread by sprinkling the buttered bread with a garlic and herb salt-free seasoning.

This sandwich is meant to remind your of a classic Caesar dressing. Find the recipe for my Caesar dressing here or watch the video below.

Because the recipe is so simple and comes together quickly, this is a great meal prep lunch idea. Simply make the Caesar dressing and cook the bacon ahead of time. You can toast your garlic bread the morning of so that all you have to do assemble and enjoy when it's lunch time. Perfect planning.
